Bar Services with Catering
This applies to events at which Maceli’s provides both bar services and food. Client pays a Bar Service Fee, which includes setup, materials to maintain service (excluding alcohol) and bartender labor. Alcohol costs are charged according to applicable prices.
Bar service-ware will match selected level of meal service.
Types of Bar Service
Host Bar
Client pays a $25-75 Bar Service Fee. Client pays the cost of alcohol according to Host Bar prices.
Cash Bar
Client pays a $100 Bar Service Fee. Guests pay the cost of alcohol according to Cash Bar prices.
Host/Cash Bar
Client pays a $75- $100 Bar Service Fee. Alcohol costs are charged according to applicable prices.
Bar Services without Catering
This applies to events at which Maceli’s provides bar services only, no food needed.
Client pays a labor fee of $25 per bartender, per hour. The number of bartenders provided is determined by the number of guests expected.
A minimum of $150 in bar sales is required per group of 50. If minimum is met, no additional fees apply. If minimum is not met, Client pays the difference between bar sales and minimum. Alcohol costs are charged according to applicable prices.
Disposable service-ware is included in pricing; a glassware upgrade is available for $1.00 per person.
