All entrées are paired with a chef selected starch and served with a seasonal vegetable and bread (unless specified otherwise). Pricing includes server labor; no additional gratuity is required. Disposable service-ware is also included; china upgrades are available. Prices for an additional entrée for a buffet or a served meal combo plate begin at $3.50 per person. Please ask your sales representative for pricing on additional entrées and substitutions.

Carving Station Entrées
All entrées are presented on a carving station and served with Jus. A $75 carving station fee will be added to the entrée price.
