Maceli's has an impressive selection of menu items developed and prepared by our professionally trained culinary staff. Create a delicious menu that will delight your guests. Meal packages include the entrée of your choice and your selection of one salad, one starch, one vegetable and one bread selection. Maceli’s quality plastic/disposal service-ware is included in all of Maceli’s dinner and appetizer buffets. China service upgrades are available. Charges are assessed per person.

Six oz. chicken breast is battered with egg, garlic & parmesan cheese, sautéed and topped with white wine butter sauce, diced ham, minced olives, scallions and fresh parsley.  Served with linguine Alfredo as starch.

A curry marinated 6 oz. chicken breast, grilled and served with sweet mango chutney

 

Pesto Chicken Roulade

Tenderized chicken breast, stuffed with basil pesto forcemeat and roasted.  It's sliced then served with roasted sweet red bell pepper coulis.
