Lunch Specials

 

Designed to be quick, light and inexpensive, all Lunch Specials are presented buffet-style with plastic plates and utensils and paper napkins.  Beverages and desserts may also be added to complete your meal.  China upgrades are available.

 

Grandma's Casserole Packages - $8.50 per person

Casserole packages include the Garden Salad w/ Ranch and Italian dressings and dinner rolls.

Chicken and Artichoke Casserole

Shepherd’s Pie (ground beef, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, potatoes)

Mexican Lasagna (ground beef, refried beans, rice, corn tortillas, salsa)

Cauliflower Casserole (cauliflower, penne paste, tomato cream, cheese)

Shell Macaroni and Cheese, with or without ham

Chicken Tetrazzini (chicken, veloute, linguine, mushrooms)

 

Baked Potato Bar - $8.00 per person

Maceli's Baked Potato bar includes meal-sized Baked Potatoes presented buffet-style with the following toppings: Sour Cream & Butter, Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheese, Chives or Green Onions, Salt & Pepper.  A selection of sliced Breads or Rolls w/Butter is also included. 

Add a salad from our many delicious selections for $2.50 per person or soup for $3 per person.

Brunch Package - $8.50 per person
(Select One) Deep Dish Quiche or Colorado Baked Omelet
(Select One) Fruit Salad, Caesar Salad, Mandarin Orange Salad, Strawberry Pine Nut Salad (only available seasonally). 

(Select One) Assorted Muffins, Dinner Rolls, Sliced Italian Bread

Deli Sandwich Package - $8.50 per person

Assorted Deli Meats and Cheeses on Kaiser Rolls (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Vegetarian)

(Select One) Pasta Salad, Garden Salad w/Potato Chips, Cole Slaw w/Potato Chips
Dill Pickle

If you prefer, you may choose one item from the following delicious combinations:

Roast Beef & Cheddar on Sourdough

Ham & Swiss on a Kaiser Roll

Turkey & Swiss on Kaiser Roll

Croissants are available for an additional charge

 

Boxed Lunches - $8.50 per person
Maceli's Boxed Lunches include Assorted Deli Sandwiches on Kaiser Rolls w/Condiments, Salad (pasta or potato salad or coleslaw), Chips, Dill Pickle, a Cookie or a Brownie and a paper napkin. 

Add whole fruit for an additional $1.00 per person. 

Add chilled bottled soda or water for $1.75 per person. 

Boxed Lunches may be delivered but no service is provided.

 

 

Taco Bar - $9.75 per person

Seasoned taco meat w/taco shells (hard & soft are available-please let us know your preference).

Toppings include shredded lettuce (enough for taco salads), diced tomatoes, chopped onions, sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa.  Tortilla chips, refried beans & Mexican rice complete the meal.

Add chicken enchiladas for $3.00 per person. 

 

Soup & Salad Buffet - $9.75 per person

Each Soup and salad buffet includes two soups, two salad selections and a variety of sliced breads.

Choose from the following soups or let our chef select the soups du jour:  

Beef Vegetable, Tortilla, Chicken Noodle, Baked Potato, Cream of tomato, Broccoli Cheddar, Ham & Bean, or Cream of Asparagus (only available seasonally).

Salad Selections: Caesar Salad, Italian Salad, Mandarin Orange Salad, Garden Salad w/Ranch & Italian Dressing, Rocky Mount Salad or Strawberry Pine Nut Salad (only available seasonally).

 

Pasta Bar  - $11.50 per person

One prepared pasta (your choice of bow-tie or penne pasta), marinara & alfredo sauces, meatballs, strips of grilled chicken, sautéed vegetables, Italian salad and sliced Italian bread

 

Add Cookies or Brownies to your luncheon for $2.50 per person.
