Premium Meal Packages
Premium Meal packages include one entree and your choice of salad, bread,
vegetable and starch. It includes uniformed attendants to set up and maintain buffet. The buffet table is set with tablecloths and skirts, all necessary chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to properly present your meal. Plastic plates, utensils and paper napkins are
included in premium meal packages but upgrades to china and full-service meals
are available for an additional cost.
Beverages and Desserts may
also be added to complete your meal.

Economy Buffet Service (with Plastic):
This service is already included with
all meal and appetizer packages offered by Maceli's.
Economy buffet service includes uniformed attendants to set up and maintain buffet. The buffet table is set with tablecloths and skirts, all necessary chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to properly present your meal. Plastic plates, utensils and paper napkins are included
and are tastefully displayed on the buffet.
Economy Buffet Service with China:
This level of service includes uniformed attendants to set up and maintain buffet, and bus guest tables. The buffet table is set with tablecloths and skirts, all necessary chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to properly present your meal. Dinner plates are stationed on the main buffet table. Utensils are wrapped in linen napkins
and displayed on the buffet. Beverages and Desserts in this package are self serve at appropriate stations.
Standard Buffet Service with China:
This level of service includes uniformed attendants to set up and maintain buffet, and bus guest tables. The buffet table is set with tablecloths and skirts, all necessary chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to properly present your meal. Dinner plates are stationed on the main buffet table.
Guest tables are set with utensils, linen napkins, glasses of ice water and
carafes of water on each table. Coffee, iced tea and desserts in this package are self serve at appropriate stations.
Premium Buffet Service with China:
This level of service includes uniformed attendants to set up and maintain buffet, and bus guest tables. The buffet table is set with tablecloths and skirts, all necessary chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to properly present your meal. Dinner plates are stationed on the main buffet table. Guest tables are set with utensils, linen napkins, all beverage glasses, cream and sugar, salt and pepper. Iced Tea and Water are served on the table with the meal. Coffee is served to the table with dessert.
Ultimate China Service for a Full Service Meal:
This level of service includes uniformed attendants to provide a complete served meal to the table. Guest tables are set with all necessary utensils for each course including a bread and butter plate, linen napkins, beverage glasses, salt and pepper, cream and sugar.
